I’ve been meditating since 2012. Sometimes on and off, intensively and sporadically, but nevertheless making progress.
There’s already enough information about how to meditate out there. My goal isn’t to add but to curate the sources that helped me the most over the years.
Meditation isn’t a panacea and certainly won’t work overnight. Nonetheless, I’ve seen positive changes in my life over the years.
I meditate in the Buddhist tradition and more narrowly my practice is informed by the earliest stratum of teachings preserved in the Theravada tradition. There are no gurus nor secret teachings. Instead, each individual is expected to be develop maturity and self-reliance in their practice.
